Flexible Program Schedule

With flexible 3-hour sessions offered throughout the week, Sage Academy is a perfect fit for families seeking an affordable, nurturing alternative to full-time daycare.

Program Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00–11:00 AM or 12:00–3:00 PM

• Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00–11:00 AM or 12:00–3:00 PM

Meet Sagen Douglas

I’m a fun-loving educator with over ten years of experience, passionate about nurturing the whole child. I am a proud graduate of South Carolina State University and a mother of three who loves to sing and create fun, engaging experiences for students.

Throughout my teaching career, I’ve noticed that traditional school days are often packed with lessons and pacing guides, leaving little time to teach children about real life. While knowledge is important, I believe wisdom—gaining experience, applying deeper understanding, and living out faith—is equally essential.

At Sage Academy, I integrate the Word of God into everyday teaching, helping children see God’s presence in their daily lives. I also focus on cultivating a growth mindset and tailoring learning experiences to each child’s interests—whether that’s entrepreneurship, budgeting, cooking, sports, coding, public speaking, engineering, music, or more.

Kids are sponges, eager to learn and grow. Why not give them the tools they need to succeed in life? I’m dedicated to teaching resilience, building inner confidence and self-esteem, and encouraging children to develop their unique, God-given talents.
